01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wicket1 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the wicket1 website, or using any of the services offered on the platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and specialty games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wicket1 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

wicket1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect player rights will be communicated via the email address associated with your registered account where reasonably practicable.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that your use of the wicket1 platform is for personal entertainment purposes only, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that the funds you deposit originate from legitimate sources.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use wicket1, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by the applicable laws governing your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with wicket1 or any affiliated platform, nor have you been permanently excluded at any prior time.
• You have not previously had an account with wicket1 that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms or any other policy violation.
• You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently receiving treatment for, a gambling addiction or related disorder that your medical adviser has recommended precludes gambling activity.

Age Verification Procedure

wicket1 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. Acceptable government-issued identification documents for Bangladeshi players include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence issued by the relevant Bangladesh authority. All submitted documents are reviewed by our verification team and stored securely in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Where wicket1 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user may be under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and will not be returned.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to maintain a single registered account on wicket1. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must notify wicket1 promptly if any of your registered details change. wicket1 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account at the conclusion of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify wicket1 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

wicket1 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from wicket1 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

wicket1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and winnings are denominated and settled in BDT.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on wicket1:

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 regardless of payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times quoted in the table above are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) from the moment the request is submitted and are applicable to verified accounts under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform traffic.
• Any balance that is derived from bonus funds remains subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before completing the stated wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

wicket1 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, BPL season promotions, Eid special offers, Pohela Boishakh seasonal campaigns, live casino cashback, and free bet credits. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified account in good standing. Players under self-exclusion or with suspended accounts are not eligible for bonuses.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each offer is displayed in the offer terms at the time of claim.
• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to a separate bonus balance that is tracked independently from your real-money balance.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the use of duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts being closed.
• wicket1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently modified will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of their claim.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual offer terms. Unclaimed or expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically upon expiry.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or other forms of bonus abuse will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. wicket1 employs automated detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the wicket1 cricket sportsbook and all wagers placed on live casino games, slots, fishing games, and specialty games are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market in addition to these general Terms.

Cricket Sportsbook

• Bets are accepted on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other cricket leagues as listed in the sportsbook at the time of placing a bet.
• Pre-match bets are accepted until the advertised start time of the relevant fixture. In-play bets are accepted during the live match period subject to market availability.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs, wicket1 will apply the settlement rules stated within the individual market. Abandoned matches are generally settled as void unless a sufficient number of overs have been completed to constitute a valid result under the applicable tournament rules.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may be voided at wicket1's discretion. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is materially different from the true market price as a result of a technical or human input error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are subject to change based on event type, market liquidity, and account status. Individual account limits may be adjusted by wicket1 in response to sustained winning patterns or where risk management requirements dictate.

Live Casino & Slots

• All live casino games on wicket1 are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi. Game rules are governed by the respective provider's published game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome recorded on the provider's server. wicket1 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Slot games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Each spin is an independent event; previous results have no influence on future outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published by each provider and available within the game information panel.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wicket1 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Match Fixing & Corrupt Activity: Placing bets with advance knowledge of a corrupt or pre-arranged match outcome, or participating in or facilitating any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or corrupt approach to players, officials, or match participants.
• Money Laundering: Using the wicket1 platform to process, conceal, or disguise funds derived from unlawful activity. wicket1 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Fraud & Identity Theft: Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents during the registration or verification process, or accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other technological means to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users, or to exploit software bugs or glitches for financial gain.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer poker or other multiplayer game formats.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately received and credited to your wicket1 account.
• Proxy & VPN Use: Using proxy servers, virtual private networks (VPNs), or similar tools to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions or regional terms.
• Underage Access: Registering an account or facilitating access to the platform by any individual under the age of 18.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure Initiated by the Player

You may request the closure of your wicket1 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Closure or Suspension Initiated by wicket1

wicket1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07.
• Failure to pass identity or source-of-funds verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months with a zero or negligible balance.
• Instruction from law enforcement, regulatory authority, or financial institution.

Where an account is closed by wicket1 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account — including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and accumulated winnings — may be forfeited in full.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 30 days) or a formal self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to lifetime).
